I downloaded the new OS system and battery soft update this morning as i found it as new update. After it finished downloading it automatically restarted, and will no longer boot past the MaxiSys smart diagnostic loading screen.
Please i need help

I would call tech support in your geographic area and see if they can offer any assistance.Was the battery in a low state of charge at the time you did update? I generally like to have all other background apps closed before starting updates with the battery near 100 % or voltage stabilized with the charger plugged in while doing updates or software backups requiring high CPU usage.During software backup where it is going on for hours, I wrap a 10" plastic block of blue ice in a plush dry cotton towel that can breath to try to keep things running cooler inside a Chinese tablet with no fans inside during high CPU usage, but careful not to get it too cold with moisture condensation happening -

I now see Battery MMY, Battery Diag version 1.00 update pending for my Maxi Sys Elite. Before I go ahead and do this update, I would like to know if the OP resolved the issue. Also like to know from others if this update install went smoothly for you and not caused the tablet to freeze on boot up like the original poster of this thread claims happened.
